Medication names, doses, units, pregnancy, pediatric, older-adult, allergy, and contraindication information must be confirmed by a licensed clinician. The system must disclose missing, conflicting, obsolete, or uncertain evidence.

Scanned and broken-font pages may be recognized using Mongolian OCR. OCR can alter letters, decimals, or units. Verify OCR-marked passages against the original PDF.
